Two experiments were carried out in sheepfold and pasture systems in order to study the effect of an extruded linseed supply in ewes and lambs diets on animal performances and meat fatty acids pattern of lambs. Factors taken into account for the interpretation of the results are lamb’s diet, ewe’s diet and sex.
