Des représentantes et des représentants de la filière de mise en valeur du blé biologique présentent leurs points de vue dans ce film. Les conditions nécessaires et les techniques pour réussir la culture du blé bio sont présentées. Dans le passé récent, la qualité technologique du blé a conduit à des controverses au sein de la filière céréalière. Au centre des discussions se trouve la question de la teneur en protéines du blé. En effet, cette teneur est habituellement plus faible pour le blé bio que pour le blé non bio, entre autre en raison d'apports azotés plus faibles. La filière s'est maintenant entendue sur une nouveau système de paiement à la protéine qui est en vigueur dès 2016. Representatives of the organic wheat development industry present their points of view in this film. The necessary conditions and techniques for successful organic wheat cultivation are presented. In the recent past, the technological quality of wheat has led to controversies within the grain industry. At the center of the discussions is the question of the protein content of wheat. Indeed, this content is usually lower for organic wheat than for non-organic wheat, among other things due to lower nitrogen inputs. The industry has now agreed on a new protein payment system which is in effect as of 2016.
