L'agriculture biologique a une longue tradition à l'école d'agriculture du Strickhof dans le canton de Zurich. Il y a déjà 30 ans, les premières essais de démonstration ont été réalisées.
En 2018, la ferme biologique "Stiegenhof" à Oberembrach/ZH est devenue une ferme de démonstration pour la formation et la formation continue. Cette vidéo montre ce que la ferme de démonstration "Stiegenhof" a déjà à offrir aujourd'hui.

Organic farming has a long tradition at the Strickhof agricultural school in the canton of Zurich. 30 years ago, the first demonstration tests were carried out.
In 2018, the organic farm "Stiegenhof" in Oberembrach / ZH became a demonstration farm for training and further education. This video shows what the "Stiegenhof" demonstration farm already has to offer today.
