Quelle est la rentabilité de mon élevage laitier ? Il existe plusieurs façons d'évaluer vos chiffres économiques. Les 6 éleveurs flamands, 6 wallons et 6 français du projet PROTECOW ont réalisé une analyse basée sur le calcul de la marge brute d'Avenir Conseil Élevage. Grâce à cette analyse, les producteurs laitiers ont pu évaluer la rentabilité de leur exploitation et la comparer avec d'autres élevages. What is the profitability of my dairy farm? There are several ways to assess your economic numbers. The 6 Flemish, 6 Walloon and 6 French breeders of the PROTECOW project carried out an analysis based on the calculation of the gross margin of Avenir Conseil Élevage. Thanks to this analysis, dairy farmers were able to assess the profitability of their operation and compare it with other farms.
