L'article présente des résultats comparatifs de l'introduction de l'agriculture biologique dans le monde et en République du Kazakhstan sur l'exemple de la région de Kostanay. L'agriculture biologique vise à construire des systèmes de production qui améliorent et entretiennent les sols qui se concentrent sur l'amélioration de la santé humaine, la préservation des écosystèmes, tout en utilisant l'innovation et les progrès scientifiques au profit de l'environnement. L'introduction de l'agriculture biologique impliquera tous les acteurs des zones rurales et pas seulement, mais le système biologique est basé sur des processus environnementaux qui n'ont pas d'effets négatifs et prennent en compte les conditions climatiques locales. L'agriculture biologique, en tant que facteur de développement durable, se traduira par la création de produits écologiques (bio-produits, produits biologiques), une catégorie de biens fabriqués selon toutes les normes nécessaires et orientés vers l'humain et l'environnement. Dans le monde, 172 pays sont engagés et développent l'agriculture biologique, assurant le développement durable de leurs territoires et de leurs économies, et investissant dans la production biologique, ces pays développent le potentiel humain. Dans la région de Kostanay, les grandes entreprises engagées dans la production de produits biologiques sont principalement des fermes du district de Fedorovsky: LLP «Zharkol 007», LLP «Galant», LLP «Quarta», LLP «Bekseites», LLP «Metelica», LLP «Kovrizhny» sont engagés dans les industries de production et de transformation. В статье приведены сравнительные результаты внедрения органического сельского хозяйства в мире и Республике Казахстан на примере Костанайской области. Органическое сельское хозяйство направлено на формирование систем производства, которое улучшает и поддерживает состояние почв, ориентированное на повышение здоровья людей, сохранение экосистем, при этом используя инновации и научные достижения с пользой для окружающей среды. При внедрении органического сельского хозяйства в этот процесс будут вовлечены все субъекты сельской местности и не только, данная органическая система берет за основу экологические процессы, которые не имеют пагубных последствий и учитывают местные климатические условия. Результатом органического земледелия, как одного из факторов устойчивого развития, будет создание экологических продуктов (биопродукты, органическая продукция), категория товаров, которые производятся с учетом всех необходимых норм и ориентированы на человека и окружающую среду.

The article presents comparative results of introduction of organic agriculture in the world and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the example of Kostanay region. Organic agriculture aims to build production systems that improve and maintain soils that focus on improving human health, preserving ecosystems, while using innovation and scientific advances to benefit the environment. The introduction of organic agriculture will involve all actors in rural areas and not only, but the organic system is based on environmental processes that have no adverse effects and take into account local climatic conditions. Organic farming, as a factor of sustainable development, will result in the creation of ecological products (bio-products, organic products), a category of goods that are produced according to all necessary standards and are oriented to the human and environment. In the world, 172 countries are engaged in and developing organic farming, ensuring the sustainable development of their territories and economies, and investing in organic production, these countries are developing human potential. In Kostanay region large enterprises engaged in production of organic products are mainly farms from Fedorovsky district: LLP "Zharkol 007", LLP "Galant", LLP "Quarta", LLP "Bekseites", LLP "Metelica", LLP "Kovrizhny" are engaged in the production and processing industries. The article provides comparative results of the introduction of organic agriculture in the world and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the example of Kostanay region. Organic agriculture is aimed at forming production systems, which improve and maintain the state of the soil, focused on improving human health, the preservation of ecosystems, while using innovation and scientific advances for the benefit of the environment. With the introduction of organic agriculture in the process will involve all subjects of the countryside and not only, this organic system is based on ecological processes, which have no detrimental effects and takes into account local climatic conditions. The result of organic farming, as one of the factors of sustainable development, will be the creation of organic products (bio-products, organic products), a category of goods that are produced taking into account all necessary standards and are focused on people and the environment.
