En mars 2015, la 7e rencontre agriculture biologique Fruits a été organisée par le CTIFL et l'ITAB en France. Cette rencontre a été l'occasion de présenter les derniers résultats de recherche-expérimentation pour cette filière. Trois grands thèmes ont été abordés : 1) le sol et les pratiques culturales, avec la base de données sur les produits organiques Azopro, l'usage et la qualité des composts en Suisse, l'amélioration de la fertilité du sol avec le sorgho du Soudan, l'amélioration de la disponibilité en azote en verger d'abricotiers bio, ou encore les effets des pratiques sur le fonctionnement biologique du sol ; 2) la protection contre les bioagresseurs, avec l'efficacité des huiles essentielles en arboriculture, les procédés techniques pour une réduction des pertes en post-récolte, la gestion de Drosophila suzukii en verger bio, l'utilisation de bâches anti-pluie contre Monilia sur fleurs d'abricotiers, et la régulation du puceron cendré du pommier par les araignées ; 3) et enfin, les références technico-économiques et les systèmes de production, avec la comparaison de deux variétés d'abricotiers en AB et en production fruitière intégrée, une typologie des exploitations arboricoles bio de la région PACA, le rôle des pratiques culturales sur les fermes bio du réseau Dephy, et la présentation d'EcoOrchard, un projet participatif sur la biodiversité fonctionnelle.

In March 2015, the 7th Organic Fruits meeting was organized by CTIFL and ITAB in France. This meeting was an opportunity to present the latest research-experimentation results for this sector. Three main themes were discussed: 1) soil and cultivation practices, with the Azopro organic product database, the use and quality of composts in Switzerland, improving soil fertility with sorghum from Sudan, improving the availability of nitrogen in organic apricot orchards, or the effects of practices on the biological functioning of the soil; 2) protection against pests, with the efficiency of essential oils in arboriculture, technical processes for a reduction of post-harvest losses, management of Drosophila suzukii in organic orchards, the use of anti-rain tarpaulins against Monilia on apricot blossoms, and the regulation of the apple aphid by spiders; 3) and finally, the technico-economic references and production systems, with the comparison of two varieties of apricot trees in organic farming and in integrated fruit production, a typology of organic tree farms in the PACA region, the role of cultivation practices on the organic farms of the Dephy network, and the presentation of EcoOrchard, a participatory project on functional biodiversity.
