Le groupe de paysans du groupe « blé » de l’ARDEAR Aura avec l’appui de l’Atelier Paysan a mis au point un outil permettant de décortiquer le petit épeautre et l’épeautre. Ce prototype est inspiré au départ du décortiqueur d’Antoine Frescaline de l’Atelier Bio mais a beaucoup évolué. Cette version actuelle comporte de nombreux réglages pour rechercher un optimum dans le tri.

The farmers' group of the "wheat" group of ARDEAR Aura with the support of the Atelier Paysan has developed a tool for peeling small spelled and spelled. This prototype was originally inspired by Antoine Frescaline's huller from Atelier Bio but has evolved a lot. This current version includes many settings to find an optimum in sorting.
