Résumé
There is an ongoing trend towards organic food in many countries that stimulates food
producers and marketers to know the determinants of its consumption (Janssen, 2018). Previous
empirical research on organic food has broadly analyzed the purchasing decision process,
seeking to access the key attributes evaluated by consumers, as well as the benefits and barriers
to organic food consumption (Radman, 2005; Paul & Rana, 2012; Sangkumchaliang & Huang,
2012; Aschemann-Witzel & Aagaard, 2014; Ergönül & Ergönül, 2015; Qendro, 2015).
