La transformation de notre économie vers la décarbonation et un plus grand respect de l’environnement modifie la nature du travail et la manière de travailler : des métiers spécifiquement liés à la transition écologique se développent nécessitant de nouvelles compétences, mais des métiers déjà existants requièrent également une évolution des compétences nécessaires à leur exercice. À partir des besoins exprimés lors d’une grande enquête auprès d’acteurs du champ en 2019, France Stratégie et le Centre d'études et de recherches sur les qualifications (Céreq), avec l'appui de l'Observatoire national des emplois et métiers de l'économie verte (Onemev), ont construit un cycle de 5 web-conférences pour apporter des premières réponses. Cet atelier vise à apporter aux participants un éclairage sur les outils et méthodes existants pour observer et anticiper les transformations des métiers et des compétences nécessaires pour les exercer. The transformation of our economy towards decarbonisation and greater respect for the environment is changing the nature of work and the way of working: trades specifically linked to ecological transition are developing requiring new skills, but existing trades also require an evolution of the skills necessary for their exercise. Based on the needs expressed during a major survey of players in the field in 2019, France Stratégie and the Center for Studies and Research on Qualifications (Céreq), with the support of the National Observatory of Jobs and jobs in the green economy (Onemev), have built a cycle of 5 web-conferences to provide initial answers.
