Ce mémoire a pour objectif d'analyser la perception des habitants de la région du Tournaisis des produits biologiques, locaux, de circuit court et artisanaux ainsi que de la brasserie Dubuisson et ses produits. Ce mémoire analyse également l'intérêt que les habitants de cette région ont pour chaque critère, et notamment pour la bière.

This thesis aims to analyze the perception of the inhabitants of the Tournaisis region of organic, local, short-circuit and artisanal products as well as of the Dubuisson brewery and its products. This thesis also analyzes the interest that the inhabitants of this region have for each criterion, and in particular for beer.
